Companies using this method simply take their sensitive files directly to the facility. Once there, the documents are placed in a locked area for destruction on the same day. Clients witness the documents being placed in a locked container at drop-off.
While each of these options for paper shredding services end up with documents being destroyed, there are differences in the safety of each one. If you want a destruction option that provides the most security, and minimizes any potential breaches in privacy, the mobile method is the best choice. Documents have very little opportunity to fall into the wrong hands, which means your files and business are protected from potentially damaging leaks of personal client information.
